These early interfaces introduced the familiar setup we still use today\u2014desktop layouts, icons, and overlapping windows. Over time, the designs have shifted from realistic, textured icons to a flatter, cleaner look that\u2019s focused on simplicity and accessibility across devices. Even with all these changes, the basic layout of windows, icons, and menus hasn\u2019t really changed much.
